I got a new job at bally before 3 months. But i do not have time to update that also. So while thinking in the new company perspective i wanted to share something about the personal rapport between the team members.
Within this 3 months i interacted so many new faces in the company. All of us know,at the initial stage, we may resist to move with other people without knowing them completely. Obviously, If the personal rapport is good then the coordination in the team will be good. But how many companys are concentrating in this area. If the company concentrates only in the project status, it is not advisable. Bcoz if there is no much interaction between the people it may increase the attrition rate of the company. The project may not go well. The team members may fail to coordinate properly. In my personal experience i am able to see the difference before and after 3 months.

In the short time period, we went for cricket match, birthday celebrations, team outing etc...Really it help us to increase the team rapport. Intial stage we may give respect like "VANGA" or "SIR" or something like that. It internally says that i am not ready to interact with you. When your collegues are starting to call u as "MACHAN" Or with some nick names then i can assure you that the team has got a nice bond. So if they face any critical situation in projects , they could help each other. It may make you to feel happy to work in the company. So not only in the corporate for any type of industry the personal rapport is more important than the official bondage.
