These are the words that we are normally using in our day to day life. Those words make u feel more frustration in ur life. The more pressure in ur work will give more blood pressure. As a result, your heart will feel the displeasure.
Do u know y heart becomes a symbol for love?
Bcoz it is the only organ which donates(circulates) the pure blood throughout ur parts of the body without any hesitation. It loves ur soul. It wanted u to be alive. It is the thing which withstands the numerous tortures given by you.
More weight, smoking habits those things are making ur arteries narrower. It would stop the proper flow of blood. Junk and oily food will increase ur fat. The fat colories are the villains which will block ur blood carrying vessels. It may lead to heart storke and increase the risk of heart disease.
Without a rich heart, wealth is an ugly beggar.
The number of people who are overweight or obese continues to rise dramatically. According to WHO estimates, it will increase from the current 1 billion to 1.5 billion after 10 years, particularly in low and middle-income countries. To reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, WHO is highlighting the importance of a healthy diet, physical activity and no tobacco use.
Please follow the few things to SAVE ur heart
Dos:
Walking and jogging 30 minutes daily
Choose foods low in salt and sodium
Drink a lot of water
Drink tea instead of coffee
Have a good sleep of six-seven hours
Don’ts:
Avoid skipping meals (especially breakfast)
Lose stress and gain control through yoga, avoid arguments
Avoid watching television while having meals .
Just chew back the quotes of Helen Keller
The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart.

I mean u lost it in ur college right ?
What about quiting alcohol and smoking?
